I think that Betsy Ross made the Flag and this is why.Some relatives have witnessed the story,and know that she made the flag.She had flag making experience even before she made the flag,so it would be easy to assume that she could make it.Her five star design was kept in Samuel Wetherill’s safe since 1776.So this is all my reasons that Betsy Ross created the flag.
